Make these cute Valentine bag toppers for small bags filled with candies, etc.
The toppers are made using stiff felt and are stitched in a 4×4 hoop of an embroidery machine.
Use 3″x4″ bags to fit the toppers. You can get the bags stiff felt at most craft stores.
